How long does the device last?
All CAPNOS devices have a lifetime durability. You buy the base once, and it can be used indefinitely. The only part that doesn't last is the flavor, but you can refill on flavors.
How does flavoring work if it's not a vape?
Flavoring is optional; our devices come flavorless by default. You can add flavor by dropping natural extracts onto a replaceable wick inside the device with the Zero and E-Z, giving you a subtle aroma without producing any smoke or vapor. You add flavor with an interchangeable pod system using the Legura and BRE-Z.
Does CAPNOS require charging or any batteries?
No. There is no battery or charge in CAPNOS devices.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. We also ship internationally.
When will I get my order?
We process orders within 2 days. U.S. shipping takes up to 5-7 business days and international shipping is 7-12 business days. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
