The CAPNOS Zero is a flavored air pressurizer for people with behavioral cravings aiming to quit vaping or quit smoking. The Zero has zero smoke, zero nicotine, and zero charge, containing a silicone valve that pops open upon an inhale. The Zero contains a base unit, that can be reused (essentially forever) as a one-time purchase, with replacement caps that can be clicked into place on the base units. All caps contain natural extract oils that can be dropped on cotton wicks for the aromatic sensation. The CAPNOS E-Z is a newer version of the Zero, except that it is easier to hit as an MTL device and the Zero being a DTL device. They have slightly different throat-hit sensations, with the Zero having a more pronounced one.

The Zero and E-Z contains a silicone valve at the bottom of the base. When you inhale, the valve pops open, creating an audible sound as the air around you passes through the device, is picked up with aromatics in the cotton wicks, and creates a throat-hit sensation using only air. It's great for people with oral fixations and behavioral cravings. We recommend taking a 3-second inhale to achieve the full deep-breath effect, with a relaxing experience for stress relief. We use natural extracts that are dropped into the cotton wicks within the caps, that can allow for a replenishment of flavor throughout your course of use. After 2-4 weeks of use per cap, we recommend swapping them out for hygeniec purposes.

The Zero and E-Z are both designed to provide a satisfying throat hit through the release of pressurized air. The main difference between the two products is the amount of effort required to use them. The Zero requires a sharp inhale to make it "pop" and release air, making it more suitable for people who are used to direct-to-lung (DTL) inhales and prefer a more intense hit. On the other hand, the E-Z product is 50% easier to hit and does not require as much effort, making it more suitable for people who are used to mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhales and prefer a more relaxed hit.

Yes! You can return your order at any time if it is unopened. Send it back to us if you're unsatisfied for a 100% refund including shipping costs. However, due to the nature of our product, we can not provide returns for opened/unpackaged products. Yes, you may be able to return an item that has already been shipped by refusing delivery or using return labels provided by the CAPNOS. To return an item by refusing delivery, you will need to let the delivery person know that you are refusing the package and ask them to return it to the sender. To return an item using return labels provided by the company, you will need to follow the instructions provided to package and ship the item back to CAPNOS. Please note that it may take longer to receive your refund when using return labels, as the company will need to process the return and issue the refund once they receive the item back.

Shipping typically can take between 3-5 business days on average to the continental US depending on location and postal service slowdowns. Please allow for longer if you are ordering outside of the US or if the item has been shipped and seems to be taking a long time. Often times, packages can get delayed without notice due to postal service issues, so please do keep that in mind when ordering.

We conducted a full lab report with a third party lab, with our Safety Data Sheets reporting that our products contain no toxicity, no irrigation, no allergenicity, no carcinogenicity, nor any hazard for its intended use. The Zero and E-Z can be used fully independent of any natural extracts, so all that occurs is that you would be breathing in the same air around you, just passing through a silicone valve to create the throat hit. Therefore, our products are safe for its intended purpose. If you are unaware of certain allergies or reactions to natural extracts and essential oils, please consult with a health professional before using any flavoring.

 At CAPNOS, we understand that the safety of our products is of the utmost importance to our customers, especially when it comes to the use of our products during pregnancy. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before using any products, including flavors, during pregnancy. They will be able to provide you with specific guidance on what is safe to use based on your individual health needs and circumstances. 

We source natural extracts that are deemed safe for general use according to the FDA's Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Volume 3 (21CFR182.20). With flavors like lavender, peppermint, and orange citrus, a few drops will go a long way as only 4 drops per cap can last as long as 2-4 weeks while still containing its aroma. Each Flavor Vial is filled about halfway and contains enough oil for a few months of use. Cap Packs contain other flavor options and are interchangeable with both the CAPNOS E-Z and Zero. Since there is no heating element, no smoke nor vapor is produced. Meaning, you pick up the flavor through your olfactory system. We recommend waiting a few minutes upon dripping the oils to prevent any leakage or spit-back, so that they can fully soak into the wicks. 

Short answer: no. Since there’s no nicotine or chemicals, you will not get a buzz. However, taking deeper breaths of air has been proven to provide a natural relaxant as it does help calm your nerves if you feel stressed, anxious, bored, out of place, irritated, or even if you’re too excited!

This is likely occurring when your lips are placed at the end of the opening of the cap. Try taking a pull with your lips placed further along the cap, near the colored band of the cap. By doing so, you are allowing for a clear passage of airflow to flow inward. When your lips create a partial blockage at the end of the cap, a funny sound can occur. 

Don’t worry! It can be reattached. Simply pry open the bottom circular piece of your Zero / E-Z Base unit, then remove the valve attachment. Insert the valve with the concave side up (like a food bowl) and push in the sides until it’s fully inserted. Reattach everything and you’re all good to go!

If your E-Z isn't popping, this is an uncommon problem, but don't worry, there is a solution. Try poking a needle or a pin into the four center holes of the base to the valve. This simple fix should resolve the issue and get your E-Z working properly again.
